How should I apply Ambre Blends essence for the best results?
Our essences are heat-activated. Apply them generously to your pulse points—wrists, neck, and behind the ears—and rub them in. The scent will bloom as it reacts with your body heat throughout the day.
Are your products natural and vegan-friendly?
Yes, all our products are handmade using high-quality, natural ingredients. We are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and do not use synthetic chemicals or parabens.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
We want you to love your scent. If you are not satisfied, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Why can't I smell the essence immediately after applying?
Ambre Blends are delicate, oil-based scents. Unlike alcohol-based perfumes, they may take up to 15 minutes to warm up on your skin before the full fragrance profile becomes noticeable.
